@AEPTexas This is not a blackout! It is visible that there is a blown fuse at pole and power line hanging in the trees. 2/3 of the residents have power in the community. My 83 yr old parents haven't had power for 36 hours, disgusting since this is a simple fix that 1 man can do.

@AEPTexas There are homes w/power all around except for pockets that don't have it; the lines are NOT compromised, the power came on and then off for a few minutes and now it's OFF INDEFINITELY. AEP said there is power at my address, but clearly NOT. Terrible and deceitful!

@ERCOT_ISO Obviously, that does NOT include 78418. Both you and @AEPTexas are neligent. There is a lady in Flour Bluff who's been w/o power for >30 hours. She's going through chemo and needs power to stay warm. The blackouts are selective, not rolling!!! 😡

@AEPTexas Ur engineers are not sharp enough to rotate energy. Ppl w 6+ hrs off line is not acceptable. I’m aware of blown fuses & Power hubs frozen but ppl don’t know it’s rotating or disruption. I have a generator so I’m ok. But there is a lot of suffering noted on social media.
