Go to this page:https://tickets.oculusvr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new then look on the bottom right corner. I small black box should appear after a few seconds, you can click to start a chat. It's a little hidden now, but we are looking at redesigning the page to be easier. Thanks.

I clicked on the link and also found that the small chat box does not appear in the bottom right corner. It used to pop up just like you said. If there is a new link could somebody please post it here? Thanks.

Your chat is not showing up and there is no phone number for support. This is very frustrating as I had bought a laptop that met all the requirements and I was able to chat with a support guy at Christmas time. He recommended that I buy a laptop that is on your webpage as approved laptops. So I actually sent the brand new laptops (2) that I had purchased back.... and bought 2 new (from your recommended laptops page). I fired them up thinking ok this will be easy now..... WRONG I still have no video in the headset. I have tried different plugs.... I have went into the nvidia settings and made sure the graphics card was the primary output.... I have done everything I have read in any forum and what your technician recommended. I really want to get help on this but helpl over email is not going to be sufficient. Im afraid this is probably the worst communication I have ever seen from a company as far as support. There basically is none 😞 Please reply to me on how I can communicate..... There is no phone number and now no chat......

someone bought me a game for oculus 2, they have an email receipt but no code. i dont think they did the "gift to a friend" properly since i never got an email with a code either. how do we get the code?
